2) Returns: No hassle 14 day (2 weeks) return policy for a full refund. Just contact us for logistics and an RMA number. The returned product must in new condition, as received by you from us. No returns on vintage parts or custom parts; unless there is a mismatch or wrong part sent.
3) Shipping Damage: Notify us immediately (within 72 hours) upon your receipt of the product if there has been shipping damage.
4) Your Privacy: We promise that we will never share your name or info with any other company.
5) Pickguards built to order thru the Design a Guard® options page(s) use standard pickup and control placements unless you specify other wise. No returns on custom pickguards or control covers unless we screwed up your instructions or the quality of the final finish is defective.
6) Custom Orders: 50% deposit required. Balance due prior to shipping. No returns on custom pickguards or control covers unless we screwed up your instructions or the quality of the final finish is defective.
7. Close out A stock and B Stock blem products are sold by us without any guarantee what so ever. That's why they are really, really discounted. Ask questions before you buy. There are no returns unless you got the wrong item and you get an RMA# from us before you ship any product back to us. There's some great deals to be had.
