Not happy? Return any new Tone-Guard product within 7 days for a full refund. Please email us within 72 hours of receiving your order to let us know, and we’ll send you an RMA number. Items must be returned in new, re-sellable condition with the RMA number clearly marked on the package; packages without one will be refused. Custom-made parts and vintage parts can’t be returned unless we sent the wrong part or made a mistake. Used and B-stock items are covered by the terms in section 6. Other electronic parts, pickups, pedals, amps and instruments are sold as is and can’t be returned unless they don’t work or are substantially different than described.
3) Shipping Damage: Notify us immediately (within 72 hours) upon your receipt of the product if there has been shipping damage.
4) Your Privacy: We promise that we will never share your name or info with any other company.
5) Custom Orders: 100% deposit required. No returns on custom pickguards or control covers unless we screwed up your instructions or the quality of the final finish is defective.
RAW cuts are just that: raw and rough, ready for you to finish. We do countersink the mounting holes and jitterbug the rear (backside) upon request.

Reverb and B-stock items have the same 7-day return policy. Tone-Guard® products are brand new, unless otherwise noted as B-stock or used. All other electronic parts, pickups, pedals, amps, chassis, instruments, or guitars are sold as is; and may not be returned unless they don't work or are substantially different than described. Call or write us for an RMA number, if needed. No returned item will be accepted without our issuing an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) prior to you shipping back the product. You must notify us by email about any item you are shipping back to us, or it will be refused delivery. The issued RMA# must appear prominently on the top of the package near the address label. We strive to resolve any issue to the benefit of both parties.
